History

1987

On July 1, 1987, ROLMEX Joint-Stock Company is formed in Gdańsk with a major portion of the initial capital contributed by private shareholders.

1990

The registered office of ROLMEX is moved to Warsaw.

1992

ROLMEX SA acquires the majority share in INDYKPOL Sp. z o.o Olsztyn Poultry Processing Plant and successfully implements curative actions focused on this company.

1993

ROLMEX SA establishes F.S. Development Sp. z o.o. Limited Liability Company as its sole shareholder.

1994

ROLMEX SA offers INDYKPOL’s shares for public trading. The search for an investor from the sector/ a strategic partner for INDYKPOL SA ends in the sale of a majority block of shares to the American Jerome Foods Inc.

1997

ROLMEX SA acquires shares in Lubelskie Zakłady Drobiarskie LUBDROB SA and Lubuskie Zakłady Drobiarskie ELDROB SA. Raw material base is extended as a result of the acquisition of shares in the Frednowy Breeding Farm producing turkey poults.

1998

ROLMEX SA acquires shares in Animex Turkey Meat Production Sp. z o.o. Frednowy from ANIMEX Group, and shares in Warmińsko-Mazurski Handel Międzynarodowy company (which is one of INDYKPOL’s shareholders).

2000

Following a strategic decision of Jerome Foods Inc. to sell all the shares in the US, and the consequent discontinuation of all the projects related to capital investments in Poland, ROLMEX SA repurchases a block of INDYKPOL SA shares from Jerome Foods Inc.

ROLMEX SA starts taking over the control share in CEI MINEX SA.

F.S. Development finishes construction works on an office and residential building in Warsaw which is put into operation and accommodates the new ROLMEX SA registered office.

2001

ROLMEX SA performs owner’s supervision over:

ROLMEX SA continues its investments in the real estate market.

2002

ROLMEX SA makes further significant land investments in the vicinity of Warsaw.
Crystal and Glass Office is formed in order to perform full supervision over and ensure the restructuring of the MINEX Group.

2004

Started officially in 2003, the process of ROLMEX SA division comes to an end. The separated and reorganised Crystal and Glass Office is transferred to PHU FELBOG Sp. z o.o. Limited Liability Company.

Rolmex Group undergoes restructuring in order to focus on the lines of business which are most important for the Group as well as to continue investments in the real estate market.

2005

The process of organising the investment assets of the INDYKPOL Group supervised by Rolmex SA is now completed. A vertically integrated organisation structure is adopted.

2006

Major transactions related to the sale of a portion of the landed estates owned by the Group are finalised to provide funds for increasing the equity interest in INDYKPOL SA.

2007

F.S. Development acquires a real estate in the Warsaw district of Mokotów and initiates works related to the construction of an impressive building to accommodate the new seat of the ROLMEX Group.
