Warmińsko-Mazurski Handel Międzynarodowy Sp. z o.o. Limited Liability Company (WMHM Sp. z o.o. for short) was established on June 13, 1997, in Olsztyn as an enterprise involved in trade and agricultural production in the broad sense.

Originally, the company’s primary task within the ROLMEX Group was to improve the group’s position in the agricultural sector as well as to build a raw material base for the abattoirs. In 2004-2005 during the process of Group consolidation in an attempt to improve its effectiveness, the company discontinued turkey breeding and focused on leased land cultivation, agricultural counselling and trade in agricultural produce.

Another line of business pursued by this company is investment activity – the company holds shares in INDYKPOL SA.
