F.S. Development Sp. z o.o. Limited Liability Company was established on March 24, 1993, in Warsaw. The declared objects of the company included real estate trade and management. At the beginning of its business activity, one of the company’s main tasks was to co-ordinate the execution of and finalise an investment which consisted in the construction of an office and residential building at 11 Belgijska Street, which today accommodates ROLMEX SA headquarters. F.S. Development Sp. z o.o. is the owner and administrator of that building. As a building developer, the company constructs office and residential buildings, as well as looks for attractive land for new investments. mIn addition, F.S. Development Sp. z o.o. also employs its capacity and available technical staff to render consultation services in this area of business.
